libjana-dev software package provides interface library for time-related personal information (dev. files), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjana-dev
libjana-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libjana-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libjana-dev *
You will get with libjana-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
